From Teesside find the town of Guisborough. In Guisborough join the A171 towards Whitby. Pass Charltons and climb a steep hill called Birk Brough. On the way down the hill you will pass a small lake called Lockwood Beck. Follow the road past the village of Moorsholm. A mile after you pass the "Jolly Sailor" pub on the right hand side you will see a turning for Danby to your right. Take this turning and you will see the farm on your left before you reach Danby.
